All DYSTOWNED designs, logos, content, and the DUID authentication system are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on our site
• Your contact information (address, phone number, email)

DYSTOWNED will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We maintain records of DMCA notices and may suspend or terminate accounts that receive multiple valid infringement claims.

Submitting false or bad faith DMCA notices may result in legal liability. Before submitting a notice, ensure you have a good faith belief that the use is infringing and not authorized.

Misrepresentation in DMCA notices or counter-notifications may subject you to damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

• Product designs and patterns
• Website content and imagery
• DUID authentication system
• Marketing materials and copy

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

We will review and respond to valid DMCA notices promptly, typically within 24-48 hours. If content is removed, we will notify the alleged infringer and provide information about the counter-notification process.
